LAS Website Gallery Entry Form

LAS invites its members to promote their work through the website gallery. Members can hang up to 10 works in the website gallery. Works are linked to their artist’s profile. 

This is not a sales gallery and is purely to advertise the artists’ work and Ludlow Art Society. 

How to submit works for the Website Gallery

Artist’s profile 

Have or request an artist profile. It will be loaded to the Artists page.

Prepare gallery images

Please prepare your gallery images as follows:

For 2D works:

  1. File type to be preferably jpeg.
  2. If framed, the photo should not include the frame. 
  3. The photo should be titled as follows: name_media_framed or unframed_height (cm) x
    width (cm).
    *Note that the H x W size must include the frame if it is framed. For example: JS_01_Roses_Watercolour_Framed_50H x 35W

For 3D works, title them as follows:

JS-01_ Name of piece_media_H (cm) x W (cm) x D(cm)_Weight in kg.

Submit gallery images

Use https://wetransfer.com in the first instance and email in the second instance to send the gallery images to danielle@lodge.digital.

Complete the form below

When you have finished submitting works, you can simply click Next until you get to the Send button.

Alternatively, you can also complete this form in pdf once you’ve considered the exhibition rules (which double as gallery rules) and return it to danielle@lodge.digital with your images.

Quality and terms

  1. The work on the Website Gallery needs to be of a similar standard to live exhibitions. 
  2. Photos of work need to be of good quality and each photo should be limited to a single work.
  3. All works must be the original work of the artist who must be a member of the Society.
  4. The Society reserves the right to reject any submission that it considers to be rude or offensive.
  5. If membership ends, then the contents of the artist’s gallery page and artist profiles will be removed.
  6. By submitting the form above you confirm you’ve understood and comply with these terms.
  7. The Society reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
